OUR SUPPORT IN MEXICO

DESMA North America is responsible for spare parts, technical service and machinery sales for the Mexican market. We employ a full time person – Mr. Wilson Corredor for such activities. Wilson has 20+ years of technical service with DESMA and is knowledgeable in both sales and support roles. Wilson is located in Léon Mexico – close to many of our customers.

From our Hebron facility – we support Mexico with our extensive spare parts inventory; next day shipment of spare parts, in addition to parts kept in the local market, ensures our customers productivity.

If a customer in Mexico requires technical assistance, they first inquire with the Service Manager at DESMA USA. If this preliminary level support does not resolve the problem, Wilson is then contacted. Typically, Wilson is able return a customer’s call within 3 - 4 hours. If field service is required, Wilson can usually be dispatched within 24 hours. Our service rates in Mexico (when work is performed by Wilson) are approximately 20 % lower than our domestic rates. Wilson is also supported by 6 additional US based Service Technicians. It is common for our USA technicians to work in Mexico with Wilson during equipment installation, performing warranty work or to provide after sales service.
